FROM PAPERWORK TO PERSPECTIVE
Your documents are the starting point. Your judgment is the final step.
Upload a repair order as a PDF or image. Check the extracted vehicle, repair, labor and parts details before importing.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
AVNII is being built for dealership service and warranty teams that need to bring repair details, manufacturer evidence and review decisions into one workspace. We’re looking to learn from dealerships as we develop the pilot.
The current app supports repair-document uploads, a warranty evidence library, model-assisted analysis, human review, saved activity and downloadable PDF or JSON analysis reports. Access is arranged with the AVNII team.
Direct DMS integration through Fortellis/CDK is planned and depends on API access and dealership authorization. The current workflow uses document uploads and downloadable reports. It does not read or write live dealership DMS records.
Your team adds sources it is entitled to use. Our initial manufacturer reference is the public Mercedes-Benz Canada MY2024 Warranty Information Guide. Public owner guidance has limits: it is not a complete dealer policy or repair-specific claim coding library. AVNII is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mercedes-Benz, CDK or Fortellis.
No. AVNII helps your team assess the available repair facts and evidence. Results need a human review. Manufacturer eligibility, coding, submission and payment remain subject to the applicable OEM processes.
